Pension Montana

Familiäre, freundliche Pension mit idealer Lage

Positiv: Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und sofort wohl. Ideale Lage im Ort, nahe der Schipiste.

Negativ: Alles Bestens.

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Schöne, gemütliche Zimmer. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ruhige Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

I think Montana is a solid pension with great location.

Positiv: Excellent location - somewhat secluded and far enough from the main street to remain quiet, yet just one minute walking distance from local store and ski bus stop. The owner is very friendly and communicative. Speaks English and does not refrain from using the language, which is not necessarily true with other places in Austria I have stayed in before. Montana is a typical Austrian pension - a cozy, home-like place. The room was renovated and perfectly fine, nothing to complain about it.

Negativ: The toilet was of the old type - shelf design, which I personally dislike for various reasons. The bathroom has no ventilation, so the window has to be opened for several minutes when necessary. Breakfast was of somewhat limited choice, but still a solid Austrian standard: bread, choice of ham and cheese, butter, jams, nutella, fruit salad, cereal, soft boiled egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not that much to choose from, but I never left hungry.

A peaceful pension

Positiv: Warm welcome from the staff, hot and good pressure of the shower. The breakfast was abundant (No hot dishes if someone is expecting it, in exception of boiled egg). Ping-pong table in the garden available. MTB and Hiking maps available at your arrival with wagrain-kleinarl card that gives you access to price reductions of several activities and one free entry to the Wasserwelt Wagrain. Very close to the mini market for snacks, hiking sandwiches. Simple to reach if you arrive with the bus.

Negativ: The bed was not the most comfortable for my taste (I like hard mattresses). The hand/soap was not available. The breakfast start at 8am, maybe asking a early breakfast can be helpful to catch earlier buses for hiking days.

Positiv: Perfektní poloha. Všude blízko, do centra, na sjezdovku, do wellness. Velmi dobrý standard vzhledem k ceně. Ochotný pan domácí, uspokojivá vydatna snídaně.

Negativ: Není co vytknout

Bardzo udany narciarski wyjazd.

Positiv: Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu, bardzo sympatyczny właściciel.

Positiv: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (pomiędzy dwiema gondolkami wjazdowymi), nieopodal sklep spożywczy, blisko do centrum I licznych restauracji. Gospodarz bardzo gościnny i pomocny serwujący przepyszne śniadania. W pokoju czysto, codziennie sprzątanie oraz wymiana ręczników w połowie pobytu. Pensjonat bardzo kameralny (zaledwie kilka pokoi), pod obiektem dostępny parking. Naprawdę jakoś do ceny 10/10, jak kiedyś jeszcze będziemy w Wagrain, na pewno się tu zatrzymamy. Dziekujemy Joseph!
