Positiv: Großzügige Wohnung sehr nahe am Skilift und zum Ortszentrum mit vielen Restaurants. Wohnung hat 2 Bäder.
Negativ: Eigentlich nichts. Vielleicht der etwas umständliche Weg zum Skiraum

Positiv: Ruhig, Zentrum nah,gute Bus Anbindung, Betten mit Matratze sehr 👍
Negativ: Sauberkeit bei Anreise, Küchengeräte müssten mal erneuert werden

Sehr gut, gerne wieder kommen
Positiv: Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – nur etwa 100 Meter bis zur Planai-Seilbahn. Die Apartments sind groß, komfortabel und sauber. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, einschließlich einer Spülmaschine. Das Personal, das den Check-in durchführt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Negativ: Als Nachteile möchte ich Folgendes anmerken: \t1.\tSchlafzimmeraufteilung: Von den drei Schlafzimmern sind zwei mit je einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Dadurch sind die Apartments ideal für eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwar ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa, jedoch ist dies der Wohnbereich, der mit der Küche kombiniert ist. Falls Sie mit zwei oder drei Paaren anreisen, wird nur ein Paar in einem komfortablen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett untergebracht sein, während die anderen Paare mit gewissen Einschränkungen rechnen müssen. \t2.\tSkiraum: Der Skiraum ist nicht beheizt, wodurch die Skischuhe nicht besonders gut trocknen. \t3.\tParkplatz: Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr schmal. Mit einem Mercedes Viano hatten wir fast Schwierigkeiten, hineinzufahren.

Positiv: ideale und zentrale Lage, optimal zum Skifahren sehr schöne, helle und super ausgestattete Wohnung
Negativ: sehr enge Parkgarageneinfahrt, für größere u längere Autos nicht so gut;

Very nice and spacious appartment just next to the Planai cable car, close to the city center of Schladming.
Positiv: Location was just great, like 100 m from the Planai cable car. It was close to bars, reataurants and shops. The appartment was very spacious with a big terrasse and two balconies. There was a free parking space in garage for the appartment. I’d really recommend this place.
Negativ: It would be nice if the instructions how to find the appartment were a little more specific. It took us some time to locate our appartment in the building. The instructions should clearly say what floor and how to get there from the floor.

Schaldming summer holiday
Positiv: Well equipped apartment in a very central location. Really good to be able to walk in to the village for drinks in the evening. The summer card was also a real bonus and enabled us to see a lot of the area - tip you need to book in advance for the Dachstein even with the holiday card
Negativ: We would have liked to use the washing machine in the basement but could not get any tokens. Instead found a very good launderette in Schaldming. A second set of keys would have been useful as well

Een hele fijne week gehad op een goede locatie.
Positiv: Het is een fijn, ruim appartement op een goede locatie. Op loopafstand van het centrum, de skilift en de après ski. Via de app kun je broodjes bestellen voor het ontbijt of om schone handdoeken vragen. Werkt heel handig.
Negativ: Je moet geen hele grote auto hebben. De toegang tot de parkeergarage is spannend door de draai die erin zit. En de eerste dag stond er een boze buurman aan de deur om te zeggen dat we de auto nóg dichter tegen de pilaar moesten parkeren, want zijn auto kon er niet goed naast staan. Wij waren ons van geen kwaad bewust, dat had hij ook wel op een normale manier kunnen zeggen.

Positiv: Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Začalo to už tím že jsme měli rezervované místo v podzemní garáži, takže auto je schované před deštěm i sluncem. Dalším plusem byl výtah, neboť apartement je ve druhém patře. K dispozici byly tři ložnice a dvě koupelny s WC. K apartementu náleží dostatečně vybavená kuchyně a tři balkony. Výhodou je i poloha domu, neboť se nachází v krásném klidném prostředí těsně pod lesem a přitom na autobusovou zastávku, do obchodu, nebo na stanici lanovky na Planai jsou to pěšky jen dvě minuty. Takže za nás naprostá spokojenost.
Negativ: Velmi slabé bylo osvětlení u kuchyňské linky. Tam bylo opravdu dost špatně vidět.
