PREMIUM SKI IN/OUT - STEINADLER

Positiv: Die Wohnung war super und sehr geräumig. Lage nah an der Piste ebenfalls klasse.

Positiv: Alles war bestens - wir konnten schon lange vor der eigentlichen Check-in-Zeit den Parkplatz nutzen und auch etwas früher in die Wohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Möbel sind sehr hochwertig. Die Lage ist auch super zum Skifahren, man muss nur 50m die Straße leicht bergauf laufen und kann direkt auf die Piste. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung definitiv noch einmal buchen.

Negativ: Wie schon in einigen Bewertungen geschrieben (und für uns daher im Voraus bekannt): Es gibt leider keine Aussicht, man schaut nur auf eine Wand. Dadurch war es in einem Teil der Schlafzimmer etwas dunkel, war für uns aber kein Problem weil wir dort ja sowieso nur zum Schlafen waren. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist trotzdem schön hell.

Sehr bemühter Vermieter, die nicht vor Ort aber über WhatsApp schnell antworten. Leider war kein Brötchen Service möglic

Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und top geeignet für mindestens sechs Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll.

Negativ: Die Unterkunft erfordert ein wenig Flexibilität, damit man ohne Rezeption, in einem Gebäude, das aus drei Gebäuden besteht, sich zurecht findet… Dazu erhält man über WhatsApp den Ersatz zur Rezeption. Uns war unklar, dass alle Fenster direkt die Aussicht auf eine Mauer gewähren. Man sieht also zum Fenster nur die Mauer.

Wohlfühlen wie ein zweites Zuhause

Positiv: Mitten in den Bergen mit allem Komfort in der Wohnung, den man sich wünschen kann. Liebevoll ist die Erstausstattung mit Kaffeekapseln, Seife,Tabs…. toller Platz um sich zu entspannen und neue Kraft zu tanken !

Positiv: The main advantage of the accommodation is its location — after just a few steps, you are truly right on the ski slope. The apartment is decently equipped with everything you need; nothing is missing. A major benefit of the apartment is the two bathrooms and a total of three toilets.

Negativ: cleanliness of the balcony

Positiv: Great apartment that has all the amenities you need (enough glasses, plates, and big pots and pans). The ski in/out option was perfect and beginner friendly as it connects to a blue slope. The amount of toilets/bathrooms was also nice for a group of 8.

Great stay for a very decent price in a great ski-in and ski-out location!

Positiv: The location was great, easy walk in and out to the slopes, less than a minute of effort. The ski room was very nice and very spatious. The apartment very nice kitchen machinery and everything was present.

Negativ: The only downside was the view. We were unlucky to get a lower floor, so our view was a concrete wall of a building opposite us. The balcony was spatious, but no view :( Besides that, the matrasses were a bit old, so I got a bit of back sore after a night or two. Also its a bit far from the town centre, so you’d always need a cab after apres-ski, unless you can still ski down a hill when intoxicated:)

Doskonały pobyt

Positiv: Doskonale wyposażony apartament z drobiazgami jak gry planszowe, sprzęty kuchenne, czy SodaStream. Wygodne przemieszczanie windą, wygodna narciarnia, wyjście wprost na stok.

Negativ: Apartament ogrzewany bez tradycyjnych grzejników, co utrudniało nieco suszenie ubrań po nartach.
