Positiv: Frühstück war sehr hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Positiv: Geräumig, sehr schöne Einrichtung, freundlich und kompetent

Positiv: Wir sind in das Schneechaos geraten. Bei Bedaf hätten wir jede Hilfe bekommen. Alles war super, nichts zu meckern.

Tolle Unterkunft

Positiv: Wir haben spontan 2 Stunden kostenlos früher einchecken können. Das war sehr angenehm da wir mit kleinem Baby unterwegs waren. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderausflüge. Haben dann noch eine Nacht verlängert, das war auch sehr unkompliziert. Super finde ich den Gebäckservice. Einfach am Vortag ausfüllen und das frische Gebäck kann man dann um 8 Uhr an der Rezeption abholen.

Negativ: Wir hätten uns eine Seife im Bad/WC gewünscht, um unsere Hände zu waschen. Ein bisschen mühsam fand ich auch die Abrechnung des Gebäcks. Die konnte man nur bar bezahlen. Da ich fast nie Bargeld bei mir habe, musste ich dann extra paar Meter weiter zum Bankomat Geld abheben. Da hätte ich mir mehr Kundenorientierung gewünscht.

Positiv: Super tolle Lage im Ortszentrum bzw. beim Skilift. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. 😀 Wir waren schon zum 5. Mal hier. Immer wieder. Es passt einfach alles.

Positiv: Unkomplizierte Checkin, Parkplatz war schon um 10:00 Uhr verfügbar obwohl Checkin eigenlich erst ab 15:00 Uhr, auch die Nachmeldung zum Brötchen-Service für den nächsten Tage wurde netterweise bearbeitet und hat auch funktioniert , schönes großes Appartement mit ausreichend Platz und sehr sauber. Positiv: Das allgemeine Anwesen, das super freundliche und immer erreichbare Personal und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, die wirklich sehr groß war (perfekt für unsere 2 Hunde)

Negativ: Die Parksituation könnte etwas besser sein. Auf unserem Parkplatz stand bspw. zum Teil ein großer Blumenkübel.

Positiv: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Appartement war sehr groß und voll ausgestattet. Auch die Aussicht war top. Die Speckalm ist ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen am Katschberg und der Umgebung. Und wenn man mal keine Lust auf Frühstück zum Selbermachen hat, dann sind es nur wenige Meter zur Frühstückspension Bergnest (sehr zu empfehlen).

Overall great, but avoid the ground floor

Positiv: Ski in/out location, so it's definitely very convenient. Exceptionally clean inside the apartment. Spacious and well equipped (stove, dishwasher, water kettle..).Parking provided. Finish sauna available every day.

Negativ: The apartment (number 2) was not the one on the booking pictures. Not that it was that much worse (it was even slightly bigger), but still, you make a reservation based on what you see. It was right next to the reception desk, so you can hear literally everything from outside. For the most part, that didn't bother us since we were out most of the day, but when people come back late at night from the bar (drunk of simply dont know there is a room there) yell and wake you up (it happened 2 nights out of 7). The same thing happens early in the morning (one day ignorant people let their kid yell at 6 AM for 30 mins while waiting at the reception, the other day some piercing sound (like someone is packaging something in paper bags or whatever) again at 6 AM. So this was the main minus, and if you are a light sleeper, avoid the ground floor. If not, then no worries. Some say having to walk outside to the sauna is a minus as well, but as you can see on the picture it is no more than 50 meters, so i dont see that as a problem at all.
