Positiv: Die Lage ist super, tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig.

Negativ: Das parken ist vor der Ferienwohnung nicht möglich. Einige Gehminuten ist ein Parkplatz welchen man über Nacht nutzen kann.

Positiv: Gmunden ist ein wunderschönen Ort, da kann man wirklich Kräfte tanken! Ein Paradies für Augen und Seele. Und da leben ganz herzliche Menschen.

Wohnen im historischen Zentrum

Positiv: Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage im Zentrum und den grandiosen Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Traunsee und den Traunstein. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Fußläufig sind jede Menge Restaurants Boutiquen und Bäckereien erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ca drei bis fünf geh Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der nächste öffentliche und gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz ist Seebahnhof 2. Dort kann man für 8 € Tagespauschale parken und hat zugleich am Weg zur und von der Wohnung einen schönen Spaziergang mit Panorama auf die Gmundner Waterfront. Der nächste kostenfreie Parkplatz befindet sich in der Tagwerkerstraße und ist ca 10 Minuten bergauf zu erreichen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt im Zentrum von Gmunden.

Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage im Kern von Gmunden, mit direktem Blick zum See und zum Traunstein direkt von dem großen Balkon. Vollständige Einrichtung in der recht geräumigen Wohnung; wir haben nichts vermisst. Gestaltung mit Liebe zum Detail. Öffentlicher und kostenfreier Parkplatz in 10min. Gehdistanz -- wir wurden vom Personal auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen, insgesamt sehr gute und flexible Betreuung.

Negativ: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war nur über das Treppenhaus erreichbar (Türen direkt gegenüber). War für uns kein Problem, könnte aber vielleicht in der Beschreibung noch ergänzt werden.

Schönes sonniges Plätzchen

Positiv: Schönes Appartement, zentrale Lage mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Abendessen und Frühstück am sonnigen Balkon, war dank Glück mit dem Wetter auch möglich. Öffentlich sehr gut erreichbar.

Positiv: Der Blick auf den See ist super! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Leider mussten wir nach einer Nacht schon wieder abreisen.

Wonderful stay with stunning views

Positiv: The view from the apartment is amazing – with a sunny day and/or clear sky you just need a good glass of wine to really enjoy it. The location is excellent as well: Gmunden is a great base for skiing all around the lake, and you can usually park nearby for free in the evening and overnight (roughly from 17:00 to 09:00). One thing to be aware of: the main bedroom is located outside the main apartment door, so it feels a bit like being “next door” rather than inside the unit, even though it was comfortable and warm. Our kids slept on the sofa in the living area, and in order for us to use the separate bedroom we had to lock the apartment door from the outside, which is a slightly unusual layout for families.

Fantastic apartment in a historical area with an awesome view

Positiv: The location was great with a view of the lake, apartment was well equipped with everything you could need, we weren’t there long but I wouldn’t hesitate in returning and the history of the area surrounding was fantastic!

Positiv: The apartment is very comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! There is free public parking about a 7-minute walk away, and the lake beach is just a 10-minute walk. The charming old town center and perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Positiv: We enjoyed our stay very much, accommodation in the centre with a terrace and a wonderful view of the Traunsee, the owner was very helpful even with regard to the location of our bikes and departure time. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, lots of dishes, MW oven, induction, toaster. All clean. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy trips around the area.
