Positiv: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Haus ist sauber,groß, komfortabel und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Und die Position des Hauses ist perfekt, man kann die Berge und die Stadt sehr schön sehen.Wir möchten uns noch einmal bei Frau Marianne für ihre sehr gute Gastfreundschaft bedanken

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Positiv: Sehr schöne Aussicht, super Lage sehr gemütlich, ruhig. Wir waren super zufrieden.sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin

Schöne Wohnung

Positiv: Schöne Aussicht, große Wohnung, sehr netter Empfang mit Kuchen und Getränken.

Positiv: Fantastischer einwöchiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Marianne. Die Besitzerin war äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, dank ihr haben wir uns wohler gefühlt als zu Hause. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für nahegelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und sauber und bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Fotos spiegeln nicht den Charme dieses Ortes wider

Positiv: We spent one week with the family and our dog here. The house is placed on an amazing place with a beatiful view. Rooms are well equiped and also clean. The host is very pleasant and helpfull.

Negativ: The wifi is not the fastest, but even kids survived that well :-)

Positiv: Owner meet us with hamemade pie and coffee, it was very lovely and kind. Warm place for your ski and ski boots with dryers. We used bobs from owner, she rent it for us for free. Street is asphalted, often there is cleaning traktor and even when you has small car - you can drive there safely as for me, without AWD car. But we saw that rear-drive BMW has problems there when was snowy weather. Child chair and cot available for free. Rooms are big and very warm. Balkony or terrase are there. Parking place with roof are helpful where is snowing. Stairs in house have palace, so it is quite. Skiing so close, but you need to be carefull with weather, if there not so much snow it can be closed. In this case the best will be to go to Russbach, it is 10 km far.

Negativ: Too early leaving (at 8.30).

Great place, we'll visit again

Positiv: Marianne was a amazing host and welcomed us with cakes and drinks. She made us feel right at home. The property has great location and nice views out of the balcony. Kitchen was adequately equipped and everything needed for a comfortable stay was included.

Negativ: Internet was patchy / slow.

Overall great stay. Kitchen equipped perfectly, stunning views.

Positiv: We were welcomed with coffee and cake,very friendly owner,who allowed us to choose a room. Super pleased with all.

Negativ: Flat,fake pillows and two duvets instead of one big one for double bed.
